A dedicated finance adviser coordinates the enquiry from the first discussion through to completion.
Of both assessed market value and reserve price, subject to full approval.
Indicative maximum term, depending on profile and product conditions.
The auction participation deposit is not financed.
Funding towards the balance of the auction purchase price
The facility may contribute to the purchase price of a residential property acquired through a successful online auction. Drawdown is subject to approval and is intended only for the amount due by the successful bidder after the auction award.
The buyer must cover the participation deposit, the portion of the final price not financed and all acquisition costs from their own funds.
From early assessment to drawdown
Starting early is essential because strict payment deadlines apply after a successful bid.
Early eligibility discussion
Before you commit to a property, the finance adviser reviews your objectives, profile and the practical timeframe available.
Application file
Identity, residency, income, professional and asset information is collected for the lender’s assessment.
Buyer and property assessment
The lender considers the property value, requested amount, buyer contribution and overall affordability.
Auction participation
The participation deposit and related costs must be covered from the buyer’s own funds. Financing is relevant only after a successful bid.
Documents following the award
The auction award, transfer-tax evidence and proof of the buyer’s own-funds contribution are submitted without delay.
Completion and drawdown
Subject to all required checks and approvals, the loan is used towards the balance of the auction purchase price.

Financing an auction purchase
What can auction-property financing cover?+
The facility is intended to contribute to the purchase price after the borrower becomes the successful bidder. It does not fund the auction participation deposit.
How much could be financed?+
The amount is determined only after an individual assessment of the applicant and the property. As an indication, available solutions may start from €10,000 and reach up to 70% of both the assessed market value and the reserve price, subject to approval and product terms.
How long can the term be?+
A term of up to 40 years may be available, depending on the product, applicant age, financial profile, residency and final approval.
Will I need my own funds?+
Yes. The participation deposit, any purchase-price amount not covered by the loan, taxes, fees and other acquisition costs must be funded by the buyer.
When should I start?+
As early as possible. Buyer assessment, documentation and property review need to be sufficiently advanced before the auction timetable becomes critical.
Does an initial assessment mean the loan is approved?+
No. It is an exploratory first step. The amount, term, interest rate, security and all other conditions are confirmed only after full underwriting and the required approvals.
