Acceptance and eligibility
By visiting, creating an account or using InAuction, you accept these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy. Do not use the platform if you disagree with them.
You confirm that you are at least 18 years old. Anyone acting for an organisation confirms that they are authorised to do so.
What InAuction does
InAuction is operated by GC Real Estate Services IKE, trading as VALUE Properties. It provides a search and presentation platform for selected properties associated with electronic auctions, together with access to related advisory services.
InAuction is not the official electronic auction system, does not conduct auctions or accept bids, and does not replace the auction officer, the enforcing creditor, the official platform or any competent authority.
Full-ownership focus
Properties are selected because the published information available at the time indicates that the auction concerns full ownership, rather than an undivided share or another limited right. This is a catalogue criterion, not a substitute for independent legal review of the seizure report, title, land registry and official documents.
Sources and changing auction information
Property and auction details may come from public notices, official documents, third-party systems or professional partners. Despite reasonable efforts, no guarantee is given that every field is complete, error-free or updated in real time.
- Reserve price, date, time, round, participation deadline and auction status may change.
- An auction may be corrected, suspended, cancelled or repeated before the listing is updated.
- Images, descriptions, areas, features and map positions may be indicative.
Always verify the current official auction notice before acting.
Information, not professional advice
Website content is not a public offer, promise of sale or legal, technical, tax, accounting, investment, financing or bidding advice. References to value, return, reduction, use or financing do not guarantee an outcome.
Your duty to investigate
Participation is your own decision and requires timely professional investigation. Depending on the property, this includes the right being auctioned, title and encumbrances, planning and technical matters, occupation or possession, total taxes and costs, available funds and payment deadlines.
Limited access to or inspection of a property does not shift the associated risk to InAuction.
Official registration and participation
An InAuction account is not registration on the official auction platform and creates no right to bid. You must complete all official identification, document and guarantee requirements within the applicable deadlines. Any InAuction “cut-off” date is an organisational reminder only and does not replace the official deadline.
Bids, award and payment
Bids are submitted only through the official system and bind the bidder under the auction rules and Greek law. The successful bidder is responsible for timely payment of the price, tax and costs, and all post-award actions. An award does not necessarily result in immediate vacant possession or use of the property.
Advisory services and professional partners
Submitting a form is an enquiry, not an engagement, mandate, participation declaration or financial commitment. Scope, fees, responsibilities, documents and deadlines are agreed separately. Independent lawyers, engineers, accountants, finance advisers and other specialists remain responsible for the work they accept.
Financing
An initial financing assessment or indicative calculation is not an approval, offer or commitment to lend. Do not bid in reliance on financing that has not been finally approved on the required terms, and ensure that the necessary funds will be available on time.
Accounts, saved items and alerts
You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials and report unauthorised access. Favourites, saved searches and email alerts are convenience features; they do not guarantee timely notice of every listing or change and do not replace checking official sources.
Acceptable use and intellectual property
You may not use the platform unlawfully, interfere with its operation, impersonate another person, attempt unauthorised access or systematically extract data without prior written permission. Site copy, structure, graphics, trade marks, databases and other content are protected by applicable law.
Third-party links and services
Links to the official auction system, maps, public sources and third-party services are provided for convenience. InAuction does not control or guarantee their content, availability, security or terms.
Availability and limitation of liability
The service and content are provided as available and may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, technical issues or causes outside our control. To the extent permitted by law, InAuction is not responsible for loss caused solely by inaccurate third-party data, action taken without proper checks, a missed official deadline or failure of an external system.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Suspension of access
Access may be restricted or suspended where there is a breach of these Terms, a security risk, automated extraction, false information or other abusive conduct. Where reasonable, the user will be told the reason and available remedy.
Personal data
Personal-data processing and cookie technologies are explained in the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. Optional marketing consent may be withdrawn.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when the platform, services or applicable framework changes. The current version and date will be published here; material changes affecting registered users will be communicated where required.

These Terms are governed by Greek law. The courts of Athens have jurisdiction over disputes that cannot be resolved amicably. If part of these Terms is invalid, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
Language: this English text is provided for convenience. If there is any inconsistency, the Greek version prevails.
